New York (Oct. 30, 2013) The PRSA Foundation and PRSSA are honored to present the winners of 2013 Awards and Scholarships. Each year more than $25,000 in scholarships is awarded to students and Chapters who exhibit outstanding merit in public relations. This year’s recipients are as follows:
